Given that some of the Company's products and solutions involve complex technical links such as hardware and software system integration, artificial intelligence algorithm analysis, and data collection and processing, their actual operation effects and application results may be affected by various factors including the usage environment, deployment methods, third-party systems, network conditions, and user operations. To help users accurately understand the functional boundaries of the products, reasonably expect product performance, and clarify the relevant risk and liability allocation, the Company hereby formulates and issues this Product Disclaimer.

Unless otherwise mandated by laws and regulations, this Disclaimer applies to all relevant product and function descriptions publicly released or provided by Streamax Technology through official websites, product materials, technical documents, solution descriptions, and other channels.

1. Product Performance Statement

All hardware devices and software products provided by the Company (including but not limited to vehicle-mounted monitoring terminals, intelligent hosts, cameras, AI modules, interactive screens, and related accessories) provide basic monitoring, data collection, and processing functions in accordance with their design purposes. Specific performance (such as video resolution, frame rate, operating efficiency, recognition accuracy, and system response time) may vary due to differences in installation environment, device configuration, network conditions, third-party integration platforms, and usage habits; the Company does not provide express warranties for the final performance under the above different environments.

2. AI and Intelligent Function Disclaimer

The artificial intelligence functions integrated in the products (including but not limited to driving risk identification, behavior analysis, scene perception, and large model reasoning based on visual AI) are designed to assist in data analysis and risk prompting, and are not absolutely accurate systems that replace human judgment. The AI capabilities described by the Company (such as risk early warning, behavior classification, and environment recognition) are actual results inferred based on the performance of machine learning models on training data. In certain specific scenarios, misjudgment, missed judgment, or unstable performance may occur, and they dynamically change with actual road, weather, light, occlusion, and other factors. They shall not be regarded as absolutely safe or reliable decision-making bases.
